Beginners-Basic
A class specifically designed for beginners. This is a five(5) week program structured to introduce new students to the concepts, etiquette and other basic requirements of Aikido. All students (including advanced) are encouraged to attend these classes as it will focus on fundamental principles of Aikido and allow senior students an opportunity to refine their skills by teaching. (Stay in shape as well!) |

General class is for those students who have completed the beginners program and all our “Senior Students”. |

6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
Yoga for Martial Arts. Meditation and Weapons |
Advanced class – Rokyu and + Ranks.
This class will work on advanced techniques with emphasis on weapon training: Jo and Bokken and its relationship to Aikido techniques. We will teach Zen Meditation and Breathing. |
| Special Classes |
- Intensive Seminars. Double 2 hour sessions focusing on various aspects of Aikido including ukemi, Aikido Principles, mediation, centering and other points of interest.
- Flexibility Strength and core training, this class will teach you how to get-Stay in shape.
- Private Lessons Available with a Senior Instructor
